In the UK, it's estimated that around 900,000 have been diagnosed with Dementia. Unfortunately, this number is set to grow to around 1,600,000 by 2040 according to the Alzheimers Society.
Fortunately, as a society, we're increasing our knowledge of the condition and how to support those suffering from the symptoms it brings. When supporting someone with a diagnosis of Dementia, we may focus on ensuring that:
In addition to these skills we've picked up over years of supporting people with Dementia, we also ensure that all aspects of the condition are considered when writing our care plans. All of our care & management staff are trained in Dementia, so you can be sure that you or your loved ones are in good hands.

If you're supporting someone in your family who's been diagnosed with Dementia and you feel that you need support, you can of course contact us. We can provide support on a one-off "respite" service, or on an ongoing basis. Alternatively, there are a number of services you can reach out to for support, some of which we've listed below.
