All of our staff are trained and inducted using our own personal, in-house methods, which our management team has cultivated using their combined experience of over 50 years in the care industry. Prior to employment, we perform previous employment & criminal records checks. Once employed, every member of our team is taken through a training, induction & competency programme that lasts a minimum of 12 weeks.

If you instruct us to support you with your medication, we will take all of the appropriate details from you, liaise with your GP and put a plan in place to ensure that you receive your prescribed medication appropriately. There are several options available to you, including:

• Pharmacy Collection & Delivery
• Storage Assistance
• Prompting you to take your medication so that you don't forget
• Administering your medication
