At Select Choice, we are committed to promoting your independence and maintaining your dignity.

Whether you need assistance several times per day, or you'd like some help once or twice a week, we have the capacity and the expertise to help!

All of our staff are trained and inducted using our own personal, in-house methods, which our management team has cultivated using their combined experience of over 50 years in the care industry. Prior to employment, we perform previous employment & criminal records checks. Once employed, every member of our team is taken through a training, induction & competency programme that lasts a minimum of 12 weeks.

When you sign up with Select Choice, you are introduced to your care worker prior to your care package commencing. Through communication with yourself and whoever you deem appropriate, we will develop a bespoke care plan for you. We recognise that everyone is unique. That's why we tailor our care plans to suit your specific needs, requirements & wishes. Your care plan could include assistance with:

• Bathing / Showering
• Dressing / Undressing
• Grooming
• Mobility Support

Once your support package is underway, we'll be in constant communication to check in and tweak things accordingly. You'll be given a telephone number that allows you to reach someone during our opening hours, as well as details on how to contact us on our 24/7 emergency line.
